Di Redo

זן שנטען: Di Redo

[Reference entry - not a grower report] This post was generated automatically from public fig references to seed the variety archive. It is not anyone's first-hand growing experience, and the photos are generic Wikimedia images of Ficus carica, not of this specific variety. Corrections from real growers are welcome. Di Redo is an Italian fig variety, commonly described as a small to medium breba (early summer) fig. The fruit skin is reported to be pale green or whitish-green, sometimes with a reddish blush. Flesh is typically pale pink or white. The variety is known primarily for breba production rather than main crop figs. Di Redo is less widely documented in English-language sources than major commercial varieties, and confusion with other pale-skinned Italian types is possible when identifying from fruit alone.
